**DISHONEST AND DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS** I own a home on Dover Dr. in Anacortes, WA and rent it out through a property manager. The tenant let the yard go and the Skyline HOA sent me a notice that it needed to be fixed or they would do it at my expense which I forwarded to my property manager. Long story short the tenant and property manager dropped the ball and the HOA had to send Green Street Yards to get it done.
