Scheduled quickly, explained reality of carpet, revived carpet better then anticipated. Very pleased.
So not hesitate to book with this company. My initial call was answered by Lori. She was the kindest, most thorough person you could think of. I felt very comfortable in booking my appointment with her. Steve came and cleaned our entire downstairs tile and grout and sealed it at the end. What a difference! His work ethic and knowledge is unmatched. We could not recommend them enough!
Steve did an incredible job! He so far exceeded our expectations! Our carpets look and smell as good as new. We had rented out our house for a couple of years, so we thought we’d have to replace the carpets. The pet stains were disgusting. The team really took their time and did a perfect job! Thank you, Steve!!
I am so impressed with Green Steamer Plus. Their thorough and detailed cleaning revived our carpets. This feels.like the first time my carpets have really been cleaned. The companies I have hired before did not come close to the level of cleaning done by Grean Steamer Plus. Steve is an expert and takes pride in his work. He and his staff were friendly and efficient. You can tell they take their jobs seriously. I highly recommend Green Steamer Plus for clean, revived carpets and quality service.
Very happy with the job and the price. Steve and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Happy we found them because previous residents had pet urine saturated in the carpet. They did an amazing job removing. 10 stars!
