Terrible company work ethic - nobody available to speak until after 4pm, dont take messages & apparently their staff arent 'comfortable' taking calls and prefer emails.
Don't use them. Paid twice for an energy assessment and still not right Dont answer thier phones or call you. Didn't listen to my original request to do my energy assessment with my working drawings and went ahead anyway and charged me. Said they would redo when i got my working drawings. Then charged me again when i got my drawings and just used and issued the same report with a different rating stamp.
