Fantastic service from Ian at Greenstar. Our new pool heater was unresponsive and with public holiday weekend looming we were desperate to have it fixed. Ian provided simple troubleshooting over the phone and then came by on the Friday to get the system up and running, just in time 👍
Craig and his team did an exceptional job installing our Genesis heat pump. Great advice and professional, friendly service. Couldn't be happier, and looking forward to an early start to swim season!
Since getting a Genesis pool heater, I’ve dealt with Craig and Ian twice for assistance. They have been proactive to help me with a couple of small operational issues but also spending time with me to explain how it all works with my pool (first time pool owner here ♀️). Really have appreciated this service and highly recommend this company.
The best upgrades we’ve made to our house Craig at Green Star installed radiators into our (very cold) 100 year-old home with care and expertise. He took the time to ensure the old building was treated respectfully and offered excellent advice on placement and size.
