Since getting a Genesis pool heater, I’ve dealt with Craig and Ian twice for assistance. They have been proactive to help me with a couple of small operational issues but also spending time with me to explain how it all works with my pool (first time pool owner here ‍♀️). Really have appreciated this service and highly recommend this company.

The best upgrades we’ve made to our house Craig at Green Star installed radiators into our (very cold) 100 year-old home with care and expertise. He took the time to ensure the old building was treated respectfully and offered excellent advice on placement and size. His team completed the job on time and in budget and they were a pleasure to have around the house. Fantastic experience with the install. Ian was so thorough with a really great attention to detail. See attached photo where not a single drop of glue was spilled. They timed it perfectly to get me up and running!
