I was a client of Amigo Energy, Amigo and Green Star Energy, a subsidiary of Just Energy Group Inc. Terrible customer service. I was a customer for over 7 years, When life got busy and I forgot to renew my contract they started charging me .29/ kWh !!! I asked for a re-rate, they would only give me one for 1 billing period (I had 3 billing periods since my contract ended) and they would only give me the re-rate if I resigned a 2 year contract.
