After patiently waiting nearly a year now for my appointment with Dr Rhonda Harvey I've got a phone call out of the blue in the middle of my work day demanding I pay $75 in order to keep my appointment in a few weeks because back in last July I needed to rearrange my initial appointment due to postpartum sickness in hospital. Extremely disappointing. The practice raises additional charges that it does not detail anywhere on its website. Long waits and no flexibility on cancellation. There are much better practices to use.
I had a really disappointing experience with Green Square Dermatology. I had an appointment scheduled but, due to work commitments, I couldn’t make it. I understand that businesses have policies, but life isn’t always predictable—especially when it comes to work and personal emergencies. Instead of any understanding or flexibility, I was immediately hit with a $75 no-show fee simply because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. I had an excellent experience at Green Square Dermatology! Dr. Katharine Dunlop was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in addressing all of my concerns. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate the outstanding service and professionalism from everyone at the clinic.
