Front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude.
I would give zero stars if possible. My experience with this office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The front desk staff displayed a shocking lack of knowledge and professionalism, and I felt misled and mistreated. They provided inaccurate information about pricing and were unwilling to run my insurance. Most concerning, however, was the discrimination I encountered during my visit. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to to leave a review. DO NOT GO TO GREENSPRING DERMATOLOGY unless you want to be misdiagnosed. I had two spots I was concerned about. One on my thigh and one on my forehead. April 2024 I saw Dr. Lauren Hao first who told me they were not cancerous after looking at them. Wouldn’t even see my son cause they claimed his referral wasn’t good even though when I made the appt it was and when I called his dr they said it was. Dr faxed again but I was told multiple times they didn’t get it. Offered to pay out of pocket as time was running out and was told they had to ask the manager. By the time they came back just to tell me no I couldn’t pay, I was also told it was after his appts grace period and he would not be seen. Dysfunctional and always have issues here. They can’t even fill a prescription without me having to physically come to the office to ask them to get the refill processed.
