I called to see if they had any availability for same day 1 Pm. The lady on the phone said, no theyre busy. When I tried to make an appointment for the next day, the lady told me, “Call me tomorrow.” What if the same thing happens the next day? I call and theyre busy because they didn’t let me make an appointment prior. It does not make sense. Then she says, “ last time, you stood me up.” MIND YOU, I’ve never been there before. Great massage clean environment
They only do scheduled appointments but it's very worth it! They managed to put me in their schedule as early and available as possible. The masseuse made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely coming back!
