Terrible customer service. Was told it would be one hour, then told half way through they were too busy and would only last 40 minutes. Throughout the massage the therapist constantly left the room to answer the door and phone, at least 5 times. She did not ask what muscles were tense or if I had any injuries. Then she added the tip onto my price, essentially forcing me to give 20%. Customer beware.
