My first time visiting today in Raymond, Ohio. I stopped in to get my mower blades sharpened and was greeted in the service department with people that were exceptionally friendly and helpful. What a breath of fresh air in a world where great customer service is hard to find, they were fantastic, and I can't wait to go back!

Nice people when you are standing right there, but don't call them to get a price quote for a piece of equipment and expect them to call you back like they say they will. They've done it to me a couple times now. I'm not gonna beg someone to take my money.
