Awesome experience! Tech showed up on time and very professional. Took the time to explain about my AC unit, what repairs were needed and how much time it would take. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. My house went from hot to cool and happy in one visit!
Dishonest, Disrespectful, Unorganized, hmmm...what else can I say about Green Solution Maintenance Service here in Charlotte. Just awful, ended up getting our money back through our Warranty Company because they were that bad. They would say they were coming and never showed. Asked us to do measurements, then came up with a bogus number on what they would charge to fix our Air Conditioner. We are very happy to not be using this company and getting a BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, RESPECTFUL person to service our home.... read more
