Just horrible. Service is a joke. No regard for your time. The last visit, the tech left with the alarm not working and said it would probably set itself soon. 6 days later with the alarm going off every 3-4 hours allowing us no sleep, I pulled it from the wall and installed a new panel. They refuse to give me my code which I need to release the thermostats from the system. Did I say horrible?
