The gentleman that came this time was incredible and so knowledgeable
I had an appointment scheduled for June 13, 2025 at 9:30am, it is 10am and no one showed up and I tried calling the company it is nearly impossible to talk to anyone. I guess no one wants to answer the phone calls or everyone is running late. Not even a courtesy call, very unprofessional.
Very happy with GSU landscaping. The design process was really engaging and Preston picked out the perfect plants and layout for us. We went through a lot of discussion and revisions, which I appreciated because in general it's not cheap to get a landscaping project done. It took a little longer to get to the project than I hoped but that was due to rain and demand, so no big deal. Once we got to the execution Ivan and his team finished in just one 8 hour day.
