I’ve been contacted and they are working to resolve my complaint below. Updating my review after a year of service. The customer service and individuals who came out to perform services were always great, no complaints there. Unfortunately I’ve found that the treatment we were paying for made almost no difference with our pest problem. Nobody wants a hornets nest growing in your tree….but if that happens to you..I highly recommend GREEN SHIELD PEST SOLUTION. My technician was a young man named Joe who was on time, gracious, answered all my questions and explained exactly what he was going to do! Then he did it…efficiently, quickly and effectively!
Lee is very thorough and thoughtful in how he delivers pest control service!
We have had the pleasure of initiating our pest control service, and in addition needed a second/emergency visit for treatment of a wasp nest. The service provided was timely, the technician very professional, and polite.
