The entire staff at Green Shield Pest Solutions are professionals. They listen to our particular needs, adjust accordingly, and complete the process efficiently. For example, we do not want to bait rodents to avoid inadvertently poisoning owls, nor do we have the lawn sprayed so birds can eat all the bugs they want. We have the foundation perimeter of the house treated (pesky stink bugs) and have had the inside treated for ants. They do a great job.
Ian was knowledgeable and understood my concerns. He was polite, friendly and pleasant. I feel secure with the work he completed today.
We live in a very unique situation and I explained that over the phone to Spencer when I called for an estimate for yard spray. He was very kind and interested in helping us and got us our appointment immediately. The technician Josh has been very informative, polite, and professional. When I went out to meet him this morning I did not feel judged and I felt comfortable leaving him to do what he needed to do. We needed the help and I’m so glad I called for it! Thank you Spencer & Josh!
