Scheduled them to come out to do some work never showed up and won't return my calls
Had someone come out, they took measurements and said they would have the quote back to me in a day or two. Called 6 days after having someone come out and they said they would call me right back, they would find out what happened. 2 days later still never heard anything, called again talked to someone different who said they would call me right back, never heard anything from them. Awful customer service. Schedule a time with them and they don't show up or even call. Tried for a month to get them to come out. Even scheduled ahead of time and I was bumped by someone who didn't have an appoinment. Just plain awful. Why do estimates and schedule people if you don't want to do the work or even show up.
