Terrible experience. I booked one hour. They gave me forty three minutes... The massage therapist complained the entire time that she was tired. She virtually applied no pressure when I asked to go a little harder she complained. I was cold and asked for extra towels and she was upset about this. My first visit was great. I had no idea what was going on this time around. Ended my massage early and never gave me my change. I am in legit shock after this. Stay away from this shade place.
