When it came time to renew my annual service, they just didn't contact me. I had to reach out twice to learn why. They wanted me to bundle more services and without that, they wouldn't continue the services they had provided for a while. Very poor customer service. I found better service elsewhere at a lower price.
I have used other services in the past and Green Services is the best! My technician, Matt, is very courteous and responsive and my yard never looked better! I have 2 dogs and a cat. Matt always sends me a text with his ETA so I can bring my animals in and then texts me when he is done to let me know when they can go back out. This is important to me and I am so grateful for his consideration.
I have used them for over 2 years but this year the service was not killing the weeds. In fact they were a bit worse. They told me I could cancel anytime and when I did they charged me for a respray and have continued to charge me including finance charges. I can not tell you how sad it is to see a local company take advantage of a person who lives paycheck to paycheck. Their manager sent me a threatening email stating untruths. I contacted this company with several questions about their lawn service as well as their notifications prior to coming out (I have an expensive showdog quality mini schnauzer who freely roams the fenced back yard). Their service tech was friendly and punctual, but I received NO notification (I even asked ahead when I could expect them, but Kyler Scott did not reply).
