We hired Alex explaining to him that we had to replace our last landscaper due to them Not coming on Saturdays for service as agreed. We have a Daycare during business hours. After about 6 months of service, Alex started showing up at random times. If the daycare was in the backyard he just wouldn't do the backyard yet charge us. Since the only review on here is a negative one, I figured I better share my experience. We had 2 previous yard companies come and look at our grass and tell us that the only way to fix it was to reseed, but that there was no way to match the existing grass. We were bummed cause we loved the color of our grass but said ok cause our grass was sparse and weedy. Well after 2 different companies we had 4 different grasses going on- it looked terrible. It was disappointing. The representative forgot the appointment with me. Called me 1 hour 45 minutes later to convey that he "spaced out". No star!
