I met with a sales person, agreed on price, submitted the plans to my HOA, received approval, had Green Scapes begin the project. (patio pavers) prior to putting down pavers my HOA ask that I make the patio smaller. I spoke with the owner Carmen ********** explained my issue, he contacted his workers and gave them the new size. Bought a house where Green Scapes were the contractors. 10 months later and the new flat roof over my rear dormer blows off and they refuse to fix it. They stapled the base layer instead of using the proper roof nails and it never should've blown off if it was installed properly

I am sorry for your inconvenience but when we sold the home you hired your home inspector and this was never brought up in your inspection. The day that this incident happened there were up to 70 mph winds in the Dundalk area which damages can occur during these weather situations. I believe this is why we all carry insurance and you emailed me that your insurance would cover it minus your deductible which to me proves it was an act of God.
Was able to acheive my design exceptionally perfect. I would truly give them a five star rating however I encountered some serious drainage issues following this project and I was told by the owner he would help us get this corrected in early 2012. This job was completed in August 2011. I am hopeful he will make good on this committment.
