Very disheartened to say this the least, something that should have been a positive experience with our van has been more a bullshit experience than a positive experience. The caravan hasn't been cleaned and since coming home no follow up or communication about our experience, any questions about the van has been had from the email we sent back too them. More training needs to be done and communcation The staff were lovely but had no idea. Knowing our salesperson was unwell and not there on the day.
Dean is a wicked salesman .From the moment I spoke to him on the phone , txt, email, he got back to me within 10 minutes! That’s unheard of 😳😳 The customer service was A1. He was professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. AAA+++ He needs a pay rise lol. Kindest Regards, Edith and Darrell
