Not sure how Green RV are still in business. Customer service is appalling, warranty process non existent. Spoke with Jack Green himself and still no customer service and didn’t want to know us or help us. If I only checked all your negative reviews before I purchased of Green RV Hi If you speak with Jack I’m sure he will remember us. Very very disappointed with the purchase of our new van. Which should be such an exciting time and stress free. It was totally the opposite very stressful experience
Hello everyone well we finally bought our caravan today from Snowy River Brisbane our sales person was Tom very lovely young man and was very helpful in every way possible to make us purchasing our van today . So please asked for Tom when you head in to buy your new van .
