Purchased a camper, contract stated 6 months registration included. Once I received the registration transfer email the camper only had 2 months left. Emailed and ignored by multiple staff.

Booked in at 8.30 today to have a window and a couple of clearance lights replaced, pulled up a little early, about to unhook and Steve and Suzie came out and said don't unhook will not be long, turns out they were right, I was in and out five minutes after I was due. Couldn’t be happier with the service and staff at Snowy River Caravans in Tanah Merah. Customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. Suzie, Jasmine, Bridget and Steve are great team. I recommend anyone searching for a caravan go and check them out.
Warwick was unbelievable explaining the van. Communication was there from day dot when we inquired about the van. And he made the paperwork easy . Highly recommended
