Purchased our demo SRC-19 from this dealership in September 2024. Communication has been mediocre to non-existent, emails, texts and calls unanswered and their latest comment, 'acting in good faith', not being a suitable ACCC response. The Green RV buying process is "special". It starts with sales staff giving the wrong written information, so your build order is incorrect. But they can't access previous staffs emails so "nothing they can do". They deliver the van a few months earlier than requested and ultimatum is take it or wait extra 6 months. They don't bother with pre delivery, so lights don't work, door doesn't lock let alone stay closed whilst driving, window struts don't hold windows open and hatches aren't waterproof.
