Dr Olivia McNaughtan is amazing beyond words, I am beyond grateful for her quick action regarding my grandmas results, she referred us to amazing specialists and everything has been so quick and smooth under the devastating circumstances, she has made things easier. I can’t recommend this medical centre highly enough. The doctors are professional, caring, and always take the time to listen and provide excellent care. A special mention to the amazing receptionists and nurses, who consistently go above and beyond to help patients. They are always friendly, compassionate, and incredibly efficient, making every visit a positive experience from the moment you walk through the door. My doctor here is AMAZING, so this review is not for them. This review is for the wait times. Almost every time I have an appointment, I am waiting over 30-60 minutes. I even ring up prior (as I have a newborn and to organise someone to watch her whilst I have appointments takes a lot of planning) to see if the doctor is on time, to which I get told every time - yes.
