Extremely disappointed with the lack of support from this clinic today. I called needing a simple form signed by my GP so I can proceed with surgery, which is time-sensitive. I was told she was fully booked and that was essentially the end of the conversation, with no effort made to offer an alternative doctor, a short appointment, or any other solution.
