Just moved into the area and I was recommended your practice through social media. I am so happy to have found such a lovely practice, so professional and also with a very calm atmosphere. The reception staff are just lovely and they even have an awesome fish tank for my children to look at. I have only seen two doctors so far but I am more than happy with their care for myself and children . Highly recommend !
I can’t recommend this medical centre highly enough. The doctors are professional, caring, and always take the time to listen and provide excellent care. A special mention to the amazing receptionists and nurses, who consistently go above and beyond to help patients. They are always friendly, compassionate, and incredibly efficient, making every visit a positive experience from the moment you walk through the door. My doctor here is AMAZING, so this review is not for them. This review is for the wait times. Almost every time I have an appointment, I am waiting over 30-60 minutes. I even ring up prior (as I have a newborn and to organise someone to watch her whilst I have appointments takes a lot of planning) to see if the doctor is on time, to which I get told every time - yes. If you are seeking assistance for any form of mental health issues or have a child with same, do not go here. The doctor we saw seemed very disinterested and was extremely inexperienced.
