I have nothing but positive feedback about Green Road Medical Centre. The staff are professional and helpful, and I always feel supported and listened to. From the reception team to the Nurses and Doctors, I feel in safe hands.
Donna, Dr Olivia and the whole team at Green Road Medical are so lovely and extremely professional. Best clinic around!
I love the female GP I see here - all of my family have felt very happy with her care and she is very thorough. The other doctors I’ve seen here are lovely too (apart from one). The nurse is also lovely and professional. The receptionists here are terrible though! No customer service skills and very unwelcoming! We’ve been coming here for 5+ years and have not once been greeted nicely or spoken to with empathy.
