My recent stay at the Green River KOA was unfortunately far below expectations. I understand this is the low season, but closing all showers in both the men’s and women’s facilities created a very poor experience. Being forced to walk across the entire park in the dark to a single available shower was unreasonable and did not reflect the standard KOA promotes. Very clean RV campground. Late check-in was easy. We'll maintained gravel paths and pads. Clean shower is ADA ready. Back of lot is next to a farm.

We booked a cabin, and prepaid online. We had a confirmed reservation email. No key or reservation envelope was waiting for us upon arrival. Although two separate text-only phone numbers are listed for after hours inquiries, neither one appears to be monitored. We were forced to make alternative plans on the spot. Despite leaving my phone number and a note, no one has contacted me. To the property manager: I believe in forgiveness. Best bathrooms yet! Amazing. Super clean laundry room and pristine campground. We came on a Sunday and the office was closed so figuring out which spot was ours was a bit challenging. It was off-season so it wasn’t a problem. This is a very convenient location when traveling between the Big 5. The train is loud but that’s why we have earplugs! The town of Green River is old but cute and looks like it’s making a comeback.Thanks for the great stay. We see you next time.
