Roberto is unprofessional. Very poor workmanship. Taking him to court for money and services that he did not provide! He will not refund money to hire another painter to make it right for work that he couldn't perform. Would not recommend his company to anyone!
Roberto is one of the worst landlords out there. Put it like this in Oct 2018 he sent me a message stating he needed my family and I to move out. Initially he gave us the 3 months until January when my lease was up. Prior to him informing me of this situation I have been letting him know since August to please check the trailer out because there is mold. Green River installed our bamboo floors. As mentioned by the previous respondent, the quote changed. HE stated that the quote did not include padding, however he advised that we would not need it. I have called Roberto several times to take care of problem areas with the floor. There are several gaps between the floor boards in very visible places.
