GR was supposed to come back to fix the mess the made in my yard and garage due to a foundation leak. Two years later and the condition is the same. Walls in garage still not fixed, outside is still dug up and my sprinkler system isn’t connected to the new line. I’ve also discovered since the new line was install my heater system is leaking water excessively. These people are crooks! I’ve been trying to reach out to their office to no avail.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!! We were pursuing a home at Steeple Chase in Jackson County, GA and there were many red flags out the gate that we decided not to purchase from this builder. They were not forthcoming with information such as available lots that accepted our desired floor plan (said they need our pre-qual letter first which we had no problem providing but then still withheld the info), wanted us to commit to using their lender before sharing lot premiums, flip flopped on their position on contingencies a few times, foun... read more
Paid top $$$ for a brand new 4,000 s.f home but the 1st year we had so many issues. The upstairs flooring squeaks so loud but was told it will eventually acclimate but after 4 years it’s only getting worse. That’s just one of many problems
I have had many homes built. Tried to purchase in the Steeplechase community but due to poor business practices, information about the lots were not easily available and required follow up by the agent on site. Interested lot was lost due to the builder not having lot information available and is just now sending out an engineer to understand what models can be built on a given lot. This should have been done before sales started. Missed opportunity on an over 1m sale. Will stay away from this builder.
