Overall, from being a visitor, I love the Easton Home. The employees are kind, concerned, and helpful. I love how the personal alarms go off in them when a door opens in order to keep the safety of the residents secure. I have seen this in action. Personal observation about a family member, I see no nervousness or being unfed and my family member smiles when I talk with her. No crying which to me would mean unhappiness. I love dropping in to see how things are moving forward.
My mother, Leone, lived the final few years of her life at Windy Hill Village. The care she received could not have been better. The staff treated her and cared for her as if she were their own mother. For this I will be eternally grateful.
The girls seemed great with my Mom even though she could be a little tough. They were very nice when I was visiting.
