I was a CNA here for 2 yrs (2016-2018) and eventually left because i was appalled by the environment, the treatment of the residents by staff or lack there of, and the blind eye turned by upper management after repeated reports made to them about poor personal care routines. There is no communication and it's a revolving door of employment. A toxic work environment. This is an amazing community! I wish I had known about it when my mother and I were looking for a Personal Care Community 2 1/2 years ago.
