Hard to give this place anything less than 5 stars. First off, this is one of the best equipped gyms I’ve ever been in. Hammer strength/Precor machines, Eleiko/Rogue bars, a huge selection of Intek dumbbells, a solid selection of every kind of bench you could want, two smith machines, two squat racks, a double cable stack with a lat pull, plate leg press, plus cable variations of every major movement. The POOL AND HOT TUB !! Lazy River, gym all perfect, clean, updated.
Love coming here, a lot of different machines and free weights yo choose from, nice track and pool
Clean gym! Great atmosphere and the equipment is great. Hot tub is nice! Big basketball court that host some fun competitive games. Definitely my favorite gym in the Roanoke valley
