I have lived here for 17 years. I am Fortunate to have great neighbor s. The association does it's best to keep our neighborhood In good shape. While keeping our fee reasonable
Our immediate neighbors are very kind and most of the people are friendly but this place does not like children. I was at the pool with my grandkids today and was confronted by a man who demanded to know if I lived here. I also had one of the HOA ladies come and threaten me about a parking spot. This all in the same week. Unfortunately those few unhappy harassing people can ruin a good place to live.
Great neighbors, love my new to me condo.
