The Green Restoration team was very prompt in responding to my project. The work was done in a professional manner. Clean up was also good. However, the team disposed of the water in a drain servicing my washing machine without adequately filtering the debris. The sediment from the water they picked up clogged the drain. I had to pay 600.00 to have the drain cleared out on top of the 3500.00 I paid to Green Restoration. We recently purchased a condo that had a terrible smell. At least 2 undisciplined dogs lived there for years and their owner’s solution to deal with the wet dog & pee odor was to burn cloying candles 24/7. Green Restoration was super responsive, said what they were going to do and did what they said. They removed so much debris and dust from the ducts and air handler, installed a new filter, fixed a broken dryer vent hose and ran a huge hepa air purifier during the job. Burst pipe at 2am. Called the new haven green restoration team after a couple of others didn't answer their 'emergency' line!! They came out in the middle of the night, did EVERYTHIng they could and even took photos for our insurance. Thank you so much cant recommend enough!
