I wish I could rate even lower than one star. This business is a joke and Mark Wise should have his license revoked. The whole operation is shady. As first time home buyers, we were very nearly conned into buying a house for way more than it was worth, and when the loan fell through due to the house being worth way less than they sold it to us for, they tried to hold out our earnest deposit.
