Just bought a pack of cigars to open them completely dry and torn, the sales associate refuses to exchange and honor Michigan sales laws
Feels really good to come to a tobacco that doesn't ID for tobacco products and refuses to take back bad products according to Michigan sales laws
Best smoke shop ever! The employees are so helpful and nice! I did see the other recent reviews and I have to say they clearly have it marked on their counter all sales are final right in front of the register! 10/10 would be back! Great atmosphere, great music and good vibes. Cashier was all smiles!
Worst place ever, bought wraps for 5 bucks all dry and broken not even useable and won't replace them or even refund, also did not id a single person in that store
