Very pleased with my new place and the manager was really good to work with, helping me find a place that offered a short term lease option instead of locking in for a whole year. Trax station near by to get me to the U of U has been a huge benefit.
Parking is fine really there are the streets and then the bars after 8pm. Brenna was amazing at the front desk and helped me out. I have a dog and I live on the 4th floor and enjoy it. Nice big windows, nice view, nice apartments. I've been here almost a month and definitely enjoy it. It's SLC so sometimes you run into homeless but there aren't any threats. 711 is walking distance and always open. SLC police department arrive within 5 to 10 minutes if you call them about anything suspicious. Great price, great rental.

I would not recommend these apartments. Noise and harassment complaints are not taken seriously by management, including management from cornerstone residential. This business clearly does not care about the residents. I can definitely count on them to remind me about rent being due though.
