Wayne Lee is the owner and did actual come to our home. He went over some ideas and promised to write up a quote and send it over. That was the last we heard of him. Both my wife and I contacted him through voicemail and text. I guess our job wasn't big enough for him to even follow up. I would personal give him 0 stars if that was an option and never ever refer his company to anyone. Customer service is paramount. This would NOT have happened if it was 2007 again.
