I reached out for a quote and got a response from someone and then after that did not receive any response to any emails I sent. I understand things are probably busy for everyone at this point given credits are ending but wish our emails weren't just ignored. We ended up going with a different company for our solar installation.

Rep (Dillon) was helpful, patient and prepared during our initial inquiry in person meeting. This was atypical of our prior experiences with other vendors over the past year. All questions answered, all concerns allayed. Workmanship and installation was deliberate and thorough. They kept us informed throughout the long, complicated process of getting permits, inspections, etc. Individual follow up 'training' and app tutorial (from Aidan) helped immensely in demystifying the process and preparing us to manage the system. Most importantly: Everyone from GPE, Dillon the sales rep, the payments team, the customer service people and consultants, the installation team... is great. They answer questions, provide good direction, service with a smile etc. etc. Excellent customer service during every phase of the process. But still, do your due diligence when going through the solar process. Our experience with Green Power Energy was excellent from start (almost) to finish. The team was great at communicating the steps involved but we did feel the need to reach out once or twice for progress updates prior to the installation. Nearly everyone we interacted with seemed professional and enthusiastic about their work.
