I recently had my carpets cleaned again in Framingham after my four-year-old spilled both powdered and liquid makeup on them. Brian arrived and showed a lot of professionalism, leaving my carpet spotless. I was worried that the deep brown stain wouldn’t come out, but you can’t even tell there was ever a spill. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service. I had several questions and Melvin answered all of them quickly before I scheduled my appointment. He showed up right on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. After looking at what needed to be cleaned, Melvin actually lowered the estimate because he said we didn't need the deep cleaning we thought was necessary for our pet stains. I decided to try a new carpet and upholstery cleaning company in Framingham since I wanted better service. From the moment they arrived, Brian and Melvin got right to work and stayed focused the whole time. They were friendly and let me know what they were doing throughout the cleaning. excellent job with carpet cleaning. green power carpet cleaners are life savers if you get water in the basement! they bring in equipment to remove the water and use strong fans and dehumidifiers to get everything dry. if you need more work, like pulling up floorboards, they can give referrals to other helpful contractors. they use organic antimicrobial treatments to help stop mold growth. melvin was delightful and really knows the business, bringing in all the right equipment when we needed it to dry out the basement. price... read more
