The technician, Brian, was very professional, wore a mask, and was even friendly with my dog—the one responsible for the damage! Brian took his time to do the job right, and I was really impressed by the care he put into the repair. I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my whole house in Framingham, and they were able to come out the very next day. Ezra and Brian were very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the process.
