1 Star (If I could give zero or negative stars, I would!) I had an extremely disappointing experience with this carpet cleaning service. The technician, Ben, was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment he arrived. He raised his voice and demanded $200 for a deep cleaning. We agreed, but his behavior only worsened. Billy and Miguel did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I’ve been using Green Power Carpet Care for several years now, and every time, people notice how spotless my carpets look. This visit was especially impressive because my home in Sacramento had just been remodeled, and the carpets were in rough shape. After I woke up to a big water mess in my home, their team took care of everything and made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process. I had the carpets and couch cleaned in my 1 bed, 1 bath apartment by Green Power Carpet Care, and was so impressed with the results that I knew I’d always choose them in the future. Billy did an amazing job, especially with my microfiber couch, which can be tough to get really clean. I couldn’t believe how much dirt was removed!
