Patrick and Bruce came out to clean our carpets. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They worked really hard and were able to remove almost all the stains, except for some stubborn paint marks. After the cleaning, we noticed the carpet on our first floor was taking longer to dry, but when we called the next day, they came back quickly. They used special spray to stop mold and set up fans to help the carpet dry faster. Overall, we are happy with the service and appreciate how fast they responded to our concerns.
