The carpet cleaning team, Bruce and Theodore, did an amazing job! They arrived shortly after the scheduled time, but I wasn't in a hurry. They thoroughly cleaned all the carpets and even took care of some small hard floor spots in my third-floor apartment. I was impressed at how quickly they finished everything—about an hour! I called to get a quote over the phone for the pickup, cleaning, and return of our large wool rug. Theodore explained the process to me, making sure I understood how they would carefully clean the rug off-site. Since I have hardwood floors and wanted to avoid any water damage, this was the perfect solution. 1 Star (If I could give zero or negative stars, I would!) I had an extremely disappointing experience with this carpet cleaning service. The technician, Ben, was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment he arrived. He raised his voice and demanded $200 for a deep cleaning. We agreed, but his behavior only worsened.
