This company is run by the most incompetent and rude, lying people that I have ever come across. Originally scheduled for Sunday, they never showed. Rescheduled for another day between 9 and 12. They never showed. Spoke with the office staff, who personifies incompetence, and they told me at 10am, 11am and 11:45 that the technician would be here before noon.
