I asked for a quote from this company. Ros on the phone told me I would get a consult by Thursday. No one called, no one showed up. When I called the Monday after, Ros told me they had been here several times and I should go through someone else. I had no missed calls, no emails, not even in spam. No contact at all. These people had the ability to give my family hot water for the first time this cold season and they chose not to. Do not use these people, they don't have many positive reviews for a reason.
