Julius and his assistant showed up at the agreed time. He checked with me to make sure he understood what I wanted done. The work involved removing some large branches from a big elm tree that is close to our fence. The work was done in about an hour, everything cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. Called him twice to remove two trees— no response to either call. The absolute least he could have done was acknowledged the call and said he couldn’t/ wouldn’t be able to do the job— totally rude!!
Julius did a great job! Trimmed 4 trees and removed 2 dead ones including the stump.
