I hired Green planet for a move out carpet clean. I received a text stating the technician was in route to my house after waiting an hour I called the main line and was told to just leave the door unlocked and the technician would be in contact when the job was done. I anticipated a call prior to him leaving so I could deliver payment and approve the work. No call and my carpets were still dirty and no invoice was left.
