I am very disappointed that you charged me £325 to fix a leak but was not able to fix it because it is still leaking. This means you didn't diagnose the problem professionally. I reported the leak to you where you visited again and said to buy a new boiler and you were going to deduct the payment I initially made towards the repair. You charged £2100 for new Ideal boiler replacement. A friend just referred me to an engineer he uses who confirmed he will charge £1700 for an Ideal boiler including installation.
