Originally Sergey came out provided me great customer service and a great design. After the job was done I had a few concerns and Sergey said he would call me back and address the issues. It’s been over 5 months and still no reply and no show. I have called and left multiple voicemails and text with no reply. Don’t expect any post job customer service. Once he gets his last payment your job doesn’t matter anymore!

I highly recommend The Green Planet. I have used this company for three years in a row now. They come and prune my palm tree and make sure it is safe through any storms. Sergay is always timely in his responses whether it is on text or by phone. Always very polite and respectful. His team also is very prompt and thorough. I truly appreciate the fact that there is still a business that says what they are gonna do- does it- and seems happy to have your business. Thanks Green Planet!! See you next year. 🤗

I hired this company to do some work on my property, which they did. However, the workers spilled oil on my driveway and after speaking to Sergey, the owner, he verbally said that he would reimburse the cleaning of the oil stains as well as stating in an email as well. He has left me no choice but to write this review publicly because he has been ignoring my phone calls and emails and has not done what he stated he would do which was reimburse me.
