Did not solve any issues, just put traps in random locations. They are supposed to come back to check after 2 weeks after a visit - each time they did not resolve the issue and I had to ask repeatedly to have someone return. Most of the time when I called the customer service number I was unable to get through to anyone. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel service with no online portal and no ability to reach them over the phone. Avoid.
