EDIT: Owner response below is correct, my review was for the wrong Green Pest. But Google stupidity only lets me edit and not delete the review. I’ve changed it to 5, but have no history with this company. Will delete the review when I can figure it out.
Do not, just don't, anything Green _____ just run away. Green Pest, Green Lawn, Green Whatever. They may be affordable and as a result attractive, but this company is ALWAYS frustrating to deal with.
They send one person walking around a no solicitations neighborhood , knocking on doors with no company name on front or back of shirt, no flyers, no game plan, not in a vehicle! Nobody is going to open the front door to that! You all need a much better scripted person, if you are legit at all, that introduces himself first , company they're from & advertising info in hand. Nice guy and did a very thorough job.
(Berlin, NJ) We had the most wonderful experience with Martin. He was knowledgeable, friendly, extremely respectful, and couldn't speak more highly of this company and his leadership chain; which is a breathe of fresh air as most employees jump at the chance to trash their bosses/company. He was trustworthy and honest. We highly, highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any and all needs.
