I booked the appt for my child’s annual wellness visit with dr. Uzelac. Dr came jn and thought he was there for Dr. Visit for something. Dr asked me if i scheduled his wellness visit and i said m, this is the wellness visit. Unorganized. And dr was in a hurry. She was there with him for like 1 minute. Im planning to look for a different provider. Also, hate their answer service. Agents from another country seem they dont know what they are talking about.
We love Green Pediatrics!!! Our kids love it to! Also, they have a lab so any blood work can be done right there!
I felt listened to. I felt assured they would help me figure things out. The Dr was caring, pleasant and made eye contact.
Billing is awful. I took my children here for years and never had an issue paying out of pocket or paying my bill in full. There was a specific turn in the billing at one point and it was noticeable. Pre paying for visits at a cost of $500 because I didn't have a physical card yet. Calling back to confirm I had the card so I could receive a refund and being told we will take care of it when you come in. Then being told no refund we will just credit your account.
