Dr. Green has been my husband and my Primary Care provider for several years. He is genuinely concerned in improving his patients quality of life. He's down to earth and easy to talk to and very informative. He listens to what we need to say, and is willing to work together to reach a decision both parties fill good about. His staff is super quick and efficient and has great follow through. Thank you Dr. Green for making our community better!
Use to be a great doctor. The place has got to big and it's like you're a number. In and out no one cares. The office staff they have now are horrible. They need the other staff back who were friendly and kind. He now has an MA in the room with him to take notes. Very uncomfortable talking to my doctor about things with someone else in the room.
Waited 20 minutes within an empty lobby today 11-27-2017, when the receptionist finally deigned to assist me, she said I was not in the computer for an appointment I had scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. I showed her my text message reminder, to no avail. The only thing she said to me is "I don't know what to tell you, we are not taking new patients right now" DO NOT GO HERE! They are extremely unprofessional and uncaring!
I really like Dr. Green but unfortunately have to find a different doctor due to his receptionist refusing to take a message for him. This week she has out done herself by refusing to schedule an appointment unless I tell her all the details of why I want to see him. A statement that it is a follow up about my meds should be sufficient, after all she does not have the right to practice medicine. I can be understanding about them getting behind but not the office help prying into my care.
I love everything about Dr. Green. He is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. He has helped me with so many different aspects of my health care.
Outstanding Doc! Need more like him!
Alright if you have a cold. If you need serious help, save the money and find someone else.
