They changed the policies every couple of weeks and so no one ever knew what was going on. When I moved out over the impossible micro management by the corporate office and total incompetency of the in-house staff it took them over 4 months to TRY to get my bill correct which they never did because they refused to speak with me to get the correct information. They just keep sending the wrong bill month after month! After a while they just fired everyone! Looking back, we are so glad that we moved.
I highly recommend Green Oaks. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile from Susan, their receptionist, which truly does make a difference. This is a very nice community that always makes sure their residents are comfortable and well taken care of.
Waitresses are great. We feel bad though as your menu advertises sausage with kraut but in order to get the kraut you have to ask, making more work for your staff. It doesn’t make sense.
I'm neither a residence nor do I have a family member at this assisted living place but I can tell you this it is incredibly beautiful on the inside I was only making a delivery and was struck by and impressed by the beauty and cleanliness
