ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS NOT TRUE! Very good food and food service, great individually-controlled hvac, excellent shower, top-of-the-line washer and dryer in every apartment, well laid out and unbelievably pleasant staff. Appropriately priced!

As a server for the kitchen and making the dining experience more open to the residents, the manager and executive staff are dismissive and ignore tumultuous conversations and behavior that is threatening the mental health and wellbeing of the community. The staff are often mislead and disorganized, disrespectful and often have no intention whatsoever to engage or have common courtesy. Worst working environment ever serving.

My mom has been very happy in independent living. The staff and other residents are very friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of activities to join to stay busy. The facility is very clean and up to date and the food is good as well. The outdoor area is very nice, lovely deck overlooking a pond and nice walking trails.

My Mother-in-Law spent 3 years in the Green Oaks memory care and just passed away with severe dementia, the last approximately 3 months. Our family is extremely thankful for the great staff, many We would consider as Angels or Saints. They treated Mom with DIGNITY, COMPASSION, RESPECT, and GENUINE LOVE. The nurses and medical staff were always attentive with great communication skills when our family had questions or Mom had an ailment. My father moved into Green Oaks a few months ago. I have been nothing but impressed with the community and the staff. The food has been good, activities have been engaging and the care has been excellent! I am so glad we chose Green Oaks!
